How to choose an auto body repair shop
It’s not hard to find a reputable auto body repair shop if you know what to look for. Before committing your vehicle for repair, make sure you check the following:
- Is the shop clean and organized?
- Do they employ qualified personnel with displayed certificates of training?

- Is the service manager pleasant and personable? Does he/she know her "stuff"?
Does the shop come highly recommended from a friend or acquaintance? Word-of-mouth or a personal recommendation is the best advertising, especially unsolicited. Ask for references of previous clients so you can get an idea of the auto body shop's reputation. Is the shop busy? This is usually an indication that it is a good shop, and even more so if the repairs are repeat business.
